Appointment Cancellation policy
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact us.
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel. If that happens, we ask for you to contact us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
24hr cancellation policy for color/chemical services
– less than 24hrs notice for cancellation, 30$ will be charged on your next service.
No showing color/chemical service
– If you do not show up for your appointment without giving notice there will be a 75$ charge applied to your following service.
No showing haircuts
– If you do not show up for your haircut 25$ will be charged onto your next service.
OUR STYLISTS WANT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS AND THE NEEDS OF ALL OUR CLIENTS. WHEN A CLIENT DOES NOT SHOW UP OR CANCELS WITH SHORT NOTICE, WE LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP OTHER CLIENTS.
